Hodgson Nill Bran Muffin Mix

Ingredients
1 box (7 oz.) Hodgson Mill Bran Muffin Mix1 tbsp. vegetable oil1/2 cup non-fat milk1 large egg1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 22 mini muffin cups with paper liners; cut in vegetable oil. Add milk and egg. Mix well until moist. Let sit in bowl for 10 minutes. Spoon batter into paper liners or greased muffin cups. Add 1/2 cup raisins. Bake 1`5 minutes. Yield: 22 mini muffins.
