Brown Rice and Lentils (base for salads and other uses)

Ingredients
450 grams/1 lb lentil cooked with1 large onion1 tsp Italian seasoningCracked Pepper to taste3 cups cooked brown rice (added at the end)
Directions
cook lentils according to package directions adding onion and seasonings. Remove from stove and add cooked brown rice. Portion into servings and store in the freezer until needed.
