Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS:1/2 cup white or whole grain flour1/2 cup old fashioned oats1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/8 tsp saltWET INGREDIENTS:1 cup mashed bananas1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup sugar3 tbs egg substitute or 1 large egg white1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin pan or use liners. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
