Gourmet Tuscan Parmesan Potato Cake

1 (4.9 oz.) box Chef’s Cupboard® Gourmet Tuscan Parmesan Slice Potatoes½ cup skim milk, heated1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted1 ½ cup water½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Heat the potatoes, milk, butter, and water together in a 2-quart saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
4. Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking oil. Pour the potato mixer into the skillet.
5. Sprinkle with black pepper, place in the oven, uncovered.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
