Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1/2c cashews1/2c sunflower seeds1 medium red bell pepper (approx 100g)2T nutritional yeast flakes2T fresh squeezed lemon juice2T tahini1 1/2t salt1 garlic clove, pressed or crushed2t onion granulesenough water to blend to desired consistency (approx 1/4c)
Directions
Blend all till smooth and creamy. Do not heat.

This is better when eaten right away but you may store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes about 2 cups (six - 1/3c servings)
