Ingredients
2 eggsFlourPanko Bread CrumbsParmesan CheeseSalt and Pepper to taste1 lb. of fresh asparagus
Directions
Coat asparagus in flour. Dip in beaten eggs then coat in mixture of Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake on a pan with a wire rack for 7-13 minutes until golden brown.
