Chicken Salad w Grapes and Apples

Ingredients
1 1/2 cooked chicken breast1- carrot peeled and chopped1 celery chopped1/4 cup (6-8 grapes) cut into halves I -small apple2- tsp to taste thyme1/4 to 1/2 cup of Fage 0 % Greek Yogurt2 tsp of Dijon MustardSprinkle of Red Wine Vinegar (or any vinegar)1 zest of Lemon with sprinkle of Lemon juice on applessalt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Used leftover baked chicken breasts. Cut into cubes and mixed all ingredients together
