1 lb ground beef10 baby carrots1 small onion15 sugar snap peas1/2 cup green bell pepper 3 cauliflower floweret chopped4 tbs of Panda Express Mandarin Sauce
Brown ground beef and drain. Add chopped baby carrots, onion, sugar snap peas, bell pepper and cauliflower. Stir and cook until tender. Add Mandarin sauce and mix.
Can serve over rice or noodles.
