Black Bean & Chicken Ranchiladas

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced3 cups salsa3 cups black beans6 corn tortillas1 package ranch dressing mix12 oz mozzarella cheese (part skim)
Directions
Combine chicken, beans, and salsa in a large bowl, leaving about 1/4 cup salsa out of the mixture. Put remaining salsa in bottom of 8X6 casserole pan. Place two corn tortillas down and cover with 1/3 of chicken mixture. Repeat until all tortillas and mixture are in pan. Cover with foil. Cook in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly throughout. Sprinkle with cheese and let sit until cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
