Chunky Turkey Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey browned and left chunky1/2 onion chopped1 clove garlic diced1 can diced tomatoes drained well3 mushroom caps diced1 can Hunts Pasta Sauce
Directions
Brown turkey, onion and garlic together, leave turkey in bite sized chunks
add can of tomatoes and cook until liquid is nearly gone
Add mushrooms and tomato paste
add pasta sauce - cook slowly to enhance the natural sugars

Serve over cottage cheese or low carb pasta
