Apple Puffed Pancake

Ingredients
2 apples, peeled and sliced 1/2 cube butter1 c. flour3 T. sugar6 eggs1 1/2 c. milk1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon5 T. brown sugar
Directions
Makes 8 4.5*2.5 pieces
Preheat oven to 425 F
Melt butter in oven in 9*13 baking dish. Add apples and cool until sizzling. Beat up remaining ingredients with hand mixer. Pour over apples and sprinkle with brown sugar.
