* Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * Artichokes, fresh, 1 artichoke, large (remove) * Swiss Cheese, 4 oz (remove) * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz (remove) * Ragu, Carb Options Alfredo Sauce, 1/4 cup (61g), 4 serving (remove) * Garlic, 3 tsp (remove) * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .75 cup (remove)
Directions
cook spinach add all ingredients to slow cooker & cook on high for 1-2 hrs
