Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts3 cups low fat chicken broth1 package broccoli, cauliflower and carrotssalt and pepper to taste1 package quinoa, brown rice and armaranth spaghetti style pasta (8oz)1/2 cup parmasian cheese (optional)
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into chunks simmer in chicken broth. cook pasta according to directions. When chicken is nearly ready add frozen vegetables. Simmer. Rinse pasta with cold water, add to chicken and vegetables, add cheese if you like. Salt and pepper to taste.
