Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup Flax Seed, 2 tbsp Chia seeds, 3 tbspPlain Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz 1 cup raspberries (or other berry)
Cook steel oats as per package directions.
Allow to cool slightly, then add all other ingredients.
Mx together, including fresh fruit.
Add water to get desired consistency.
Store in refrigerator.
