Ingredients
3 T water2 cups chicken broth1 6-oz. can tomato paste3 T olive oil4 T chili powder1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until well mixed - use an immersion blender, if needed. Heat to a simmer. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth. Use in your favorite recipe.
