BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
Ingredients: 1lb ground turkey or chicken1/2 cup fave BBQ sauce1 med onion - chopped to tiny pieces1 cup Italian style bread crumbs2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 egg 2 clove garlic - minced or pressedOptional: 3-4 chopped sundried tomatoes
Directions
Combine all ingredients well. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray (I think the glass pans work best). Place mixture in pan - top with a little more BBQ sauce. Bake at 375 for 45-50 min.

Tip: use the ground turkey with a little fat (93% vs 99% lean) as it helps keep the dish together. If you use the 99% lean - add a tablespoon of oil to the mixture.
