Ingredients
Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 462 grams (remove)Butter, salted, 3 tbsp (remove)*Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Directions
peel (if you like. depends on my mood) potatoes and carrots , cut into small cubes and slices, season and toss in a bag to coat, refrigerate till ready to roast or grill. It takes 90 minutes to get to the crisp/tender stage with some good browning in my oven . About 60 minutes on my gas grill. Use a little soy browning agent during the cook time for some nice browning.
