Tofu Teriyaki

Ingredients
1/2 block of Tofu, extra firm, cubed1 cup Mustard greens chopped1/2 cup red onion1 cup zucchini sliced1 med bell pepper sliced1/2 cup mushrooms1 tsp minced garlic2 tbsp canola oilLawry's Teriyaki w/ Pineapple Juice (1/2 bottle)
Directions
Cube the tofu and marinade in Lawry's Teriyaki w/ Pineapple Juice. Chop veggies and put into pan w/ oil. Using a slotted spoon, spoon tofu into separate pan w/ garlic and heat on med to med-high heat until firm. Pour remaining marinade w/ veggies and cook until veggies are tender or to liking. Pour out remaining marinade and mix veggies with tofu. Serve and enjoy!
