RIVO Cappuccino

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious)1 Tbsp. Half and Half 1 RIVO espresso (or any 1 oz espresso)1/2 Tsp. raw sugar1/2 Tsp. cinnamon (ground)
Directions
Make espresso.

Place coconut milk and half and half in a cup and microwave it 25 seconds. Use a frother to increase the volume.

Pour the espresso into the cup. Sprinkle raw sugar over the top and then the cinnamon (if desired).

Serving Size: Makes 1 One-cup serving
