Ingredients

    8" Tortilla round
    1 Tbsp pesto
    1/4 cup diced tomato
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1ysp minced garlic
    1 Tbsp fresh basil
    1 oz Mozzarella cheese part skim
    sprinkling oregano





Directions

take 1 tortilla lay it flat. Spead olive oil on it. spread pesto on next. Then spread garlic all around.
Add tomato, fresh basil, Your favorite chesse then sprinkle with oregano.
Place in oven for approx. 8 minutes. Its not a New York Style Pizza but its a guilt free. Make one or a dozen for a party quick and easy. You can add and delete toppings for a nice variety at a party and use square tortillas and cut it on squares for h'orduves . Just see how crative you can get.

    Sounds easy but 551.2 calories is hardly guilt free.
    Replace the pesto with tomato paste and you will drop 300
    calories on this little beauty. It works well. Add a garden salad on the side for a balanced meal. Ive lost 30 pounds with little changes like that.
