Tassajara Honey Walnut Bread

Ingredients
1 cup MilkI cup Honey1/2 cup Soft Butter2 eggs, beaten2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp. salt1 tbsp baking powder3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Combine and Milk and honey, stir over low heat until blended. Remove from heat and beat in the butter, eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well blended. Fold in the nuts.

Place in greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hr at 325 degrees, or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before removing. Let cool longer before slicing.
