Taco Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Cups salad mix- 4 oz. extra lean ground beef- 2 TBSP. sour cream- 1/2 medium tomato, diced- 1/3 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
Directions
- Brown the beef (I brown the whole package and eat off of it all week).

- On a plate, put the salad.

- Top with beef, tomato, sour cream, and cheese.

- Mix it up and enjoy!
