Ingredients
1 cup of black beans with sauce1 cup brown rice, cooked2/3 cup mixed veggies, frozen1/2 cup frozen spinach1 TB lizano salsa (optional)
Directions
Put the beans and their liquid in a skillet. Heat slowly, adding brown rice and frozen veggies. Mix well till sauce covers the rice and veggies. Add lizano salsa at the end, salt and pepper to taste.
