Basic Panzanella, with grapeseed oil, spices, tomatoes, black olives

Ingredients
4 large day old hard rolls, cut in 1" cubes1/4 C Grapeseed oil1 Tbs Garlic red wine vinegar1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried parsley1 tsp sea salt1 tsp pepper3 cloves garlic, minced3 roma tomatoes (use more!)1/2 can black olives, sliced
Directions
Cut up rolls. Mix oil, vinegar, spices and flavoring. Drizzle over rolls and rub in well. Peel tomatoes and squeeze juice over bread. Cut tomatoes, slice olive and mix all together
