Black Bean Stir Fry over Brown Rice

Ingredients
bagged coleslaw mix, black beans, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sweet bell peppers, zuchini, brown rice, sesame oil, garlic cloves
Directions
Saute Garlic in Sesame oil on medium heat for 20 seconds, at a can of black beans and stirs for 1 minute, add veggies, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and cover on low to medium heat. Stir occasionally until veggies are soft and cooked.

Serving Size: 1/4 of stir fry over half a cup of brown rice
