Caesar Salad (adapted from The Sapranos Cookbook)

Ingredients
*1 head romain lettuce, 1 serving Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large *worchester sauce, 1 tsp *Anchovie Paste, 1.5 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove *Cheese (parmesean), 8 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp*Lemon Juice, 0.5 fl oz Croutons, seasoned, 1 cup
Directions
clean and chop lettuce
shred and reserve the parmesean cheese
mix together: egg, worchester, anchovie paste, minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. whisk to blend.

mix salad: romain, croutons, parmesean and dressing. serve immediately.
