Paleo Oat Dream Biscuits

120g Dates80g Oats20g Agave Nectar or Honey2 Egg Yolks
1. Preheat Oven to 180°
2. Measure Dates into bowl and mash with hands or food processor.
3. Add oats and Agave Nectar and mash until well combined. Make sure there are no whole dates left.
4. Add egg yolk and combine with hands to get a ball of dough.
5. Make Little balls of mixture and press them flat onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 11min in oven. Enjoy hot or Cold!
