Portobello mushrooms with halloumi

Ingredients
2 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed1/2 med onion thinly sliced2 shiitake mushrooms thinly sliced1 clove garlic thinly sliced1 tsp olive oil30 g halloumi cheese in two slices, further dividen in 4 strips each
Directions
Grill the back of the portobello mushroom while dry sautéing the other ingredients( except cheese. Add a smidge of oil if necessary.
Turn the mushrooms over, drizzle with a few mls of oil each and grill for a few minutes. Top with the sautéed vegetables and decorate with the cheese strips. Grill again until the cheese starts to change colour.
