Texas Black-eyed pea salad

Ingredients
15 oz can Black-eyed peas Garlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole Parsley, 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbspSalt, .12 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Drain and rinse peas. Chop up veggies, mix everything together in a bowl. Enjoy.
