Chocolate Ice Milk Fat Free & Sugar Free

Ingredients
1/3 cup arrowroot or corn starch1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp. cocoa6 stevia packets1 tbsp. honey1 tbsp. molassesdash of salt4 cups skim milk2 egg yolks1.5 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix the; arrowroot, 1/3 cup of cocoa, stevia, honey, molasses, and salt in a medium sauce pan. Add two cups of the milk and whisk to incorporate. Continue whisking over medium high heat until it thickens and almost boils. Whisk the egg yolks in a small bowl. Temper the eggs by whisking in about a cup of the chocolate mixture into the yolks, then whisk the yolk mixture into the saucepan. Continue to stir and cook about a minute or two. Remove from heat and cover the top pf the custard with plastic wrap. Cool. Add the custard, remaining 2 cups of milk, the remaining 2 tablespoons of cocoa, and vanilla to a blender and whip for a minute. Prep ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions.
