Tomato Basil Salsa

Ingredients
3 cups diced tomato1.5 cups diced onion4 cloves minced garlic12 leaves basil rolled and sliced thinly2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients and leave at room temperature for a bit if serving now... It is also good refrigerated for later. When refrigerated it will continue to marinate and be tasty for days! Make a triple batch when tomatoes are coming out of your ears. Wondering if I could can this...
