Chicken Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
2 Cups - Hormel or Daily Chef Preemium Chuck Canned Chicken Breast1 Box - Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice( Original flavor) prepared per box directions1/2 Cup Chopped Onion1 1/2 Cup Diced Celery1 Can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Cup Kraft Low Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil2 tsp - Lemon Juice
Directions
Cook the rice per the directions on the box. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix together all the rest of the ingredients. Add the rice when it is finished cooking and stir well. Pour into casserole dish and refrigerate over night.

The next day place casserole covered with foil in 350 degree preheated oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil after one hour to allow the top to brown.
