Exotic, sticky rice with mushrooms and hearts of palm

2 cups Botan Calrose Rice2, 7/8 cups Water1/8 cup Lime Juice1 14.5oz can Hearts of Palm, minced1/2 cup Mushrooms, fresh fine chopped1/4 cup Parsley, fresh, fine chopped1/4 cup Cilantro, fresh, fine chopped1/2 cup Yellow Onion, minced
Pour water and lime juice into a cooking pot.
Add everything else except the rice.
Bring this to a boil
When the water boils, stir in the rice, and reduce the temperature to a simmer.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat, allow to stand covered for 5 minutes.
Fluff and serve.
