1-1/2 cups sifted flour1 tsp. baking powder2 eggs, separated1/4 c. oil1/4 c. butter1 c. sugar1/3 c. milk1 tbsp lemon juice1-1/2 c. blueberries
Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat egg whites stiff and set aside. Combine oil with sugar and add egg yolks, beating well. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Fold in egg whites, lemon juice and the blueberries. Bake for 30 minutes in a greased bundt pan.
