Green Chile Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 12 tomatillas, husked and diced- 12 green chiles, seeded and diced - 1 white onion, medium size, diced- 1 small bunch Cilantro, snipped - juice from one lime- 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 tsp Olive oil- dash black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processer. Blend 1-2 seconds until slightly puréed.

Serving Size: makes 2 cups or 16 one ounce servings
