Coconut Almond Chocolates

Melt the chocolate carefully in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Remove the bowl and stir in enough coconut and almonds to form a mass. Place spoonfuls on a sheet of baking paper. There should be enough mixture for about 20. Press an almond into the top of each one to decorate.
Set in the fridge until hard, then transfer to an airtight container

200g Dark chocolate (I use chocolate with 70% cocoa)1 c Coconut1/2 c Sliced Almonds20 Almonds for decoration
