Ingredients
4 Boneless thick cut pork chopsStove Top Stuffing Mix Savory Herbs3/4 C Chicken Broth, reduced Sodium
Directions
Prepare Stuffing Mix by package directions. Meanwhile, slice pork chops until almost through (butterfly). Fill each pork chop with about 1/4 cup stuffing. Insert 3 toothpicks in each chop to hold it together. Salt & pepper each chop & brown in oil. When browned on both sides put in crock pot. Cover with 3/4 cup chicken broth. Cook on low 8-9 hours.
