Boiled chocolate orange cake

Ingredients
2 Oranges2 cup of ground almonds4 heaped tblspns of good cocoa5 tblspns of honey5 free range eggs1 tsp of vanilla extract1 tsp of baking soda
Directions
Place whole oranges in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and boil for one hour. Drain and then cool.
Preheat oven to 160c and grease cake tin with coconut oil. Cut oranges into quarters and put into food processor, blitz until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blitz again till smooth.
Pour into cake tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Cool then dust with cocoa if you wish.
