Ingredients
2 cups blanched almond flour/meal2 tablespoons coconut flour 1/4 cup flaxseed, ground1/4 cup Chia seedpinch unrefined sea saltHalf teaspoon gluten-free baking sodaFive whole, organic eggs1 tablespoon raw organic honey1 tablespoon coconut vinegar
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Combine well. Please all wet ingredients in separate bowl and beat until combined. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour into prepared greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool and serve.
