Old-Fashioned Baked Rice Pudding, Healthy Style

Ingredients
* 2 Eggs, fresh, whole, raw* 4 Cups Milk, 1%* 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar* 6 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend* 1/2 Brown rice uncooked* 1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Regular (Soft) Spread* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground, (or to taste)OPTIONAL: 1/2 Cup Raisins (not included in this nutritional calculation)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Beat together the eggs and milk. Add sugar, sugar substitute, rice, butter, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Pour into pan. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, stirring frequently during the first hour.
