Ingredients
nonfat milk - 3/4 cupjello sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding (small box)cool whip lite (8oz)almond extract - 2 tsp
Directions
combine milk and almond extract, stir in vanilla pudding powder, fold in cool whip until all mixed in, refrigerate. Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings.

    THIS IS AMAZING! I just made some and put grapes and a banana in it for a little snack and I love it...Feels like Im eating dessert! Instead of regular milk I used almond milk...HUGE cut in calories! And I also used the fat free cool whip...LOVE LOVE LOVE this...Will use it from now on! - 1/15/11

    I used Fat Free Cool whip, and it dropped the calories down to 29.5 a serving. HELLO! That is what I am talking about! SO Good! Great with Fruit and on top of my Special K waffles also. Thank you for this recipe! It's delicious! - 1/25/09
