Moist and yummy Banana bread

Ingredients
Mix mashed bananas, sugar, oil, sour cream, eggs together. Add remainder of ingredients and mix until just blended. Bake in pre heated oven at 375. I top the muffins with a few crushed walnuts. You could lower the calories by using apple sauce instead of the canola oil and egg whites instead of whole eggs.
