Ingredients
10 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped2 roma tomatoes, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 cucumber, peeled and chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 apple, peeled and chopped1 red onion, chopped1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 can sliced olives, drained and rinsed2 tablespoons sliced almonds2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons balsamic vinegarJuice of 1 fresh lemon2 teaspoons Italian seasoningDash of pepperDash of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients through almonds in large bowl.

In measuring cup, combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and spices, stir.

Pour dressing over salad and toss.
