Moroccan Pork Loin Stew

1 10 oz pork loin, boneless - trimmed of all fat1 large onion, chopped1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp paprika2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp ground cumin2 tbsp cayenne pepper1 16 oz. can low sodium pinto beans1 16 oz. can low sodium black beans1 16 oz. can low sodium kidney beans1 6 oz. can tomato paste1 cup white rice (dry)3 cups water
Chop the pork into bite size pieces, and mix with all other ingredients - except the rice - in a slow cooker.
Add the rice two hours before the stew is done, if cooking on low - 1-1.5 hours if cooking on high heat.
Cook for five to 6 hours on low (or three hours on high).
Density can be adjusted - as well as serving size and quantity, by adding more or less liquid.
