Ingredients
coconut oilpork loinsea salt, pepper1 yellow oniongarlictomato sauceapricot preservesspices; cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerrosemary sprig as garnish
Directions
heat coconut oil, onions- season pork with salt and pepper, sear in skillet,. Place meat and onions in slow cooker. In same skillet, saute garlic, tomato, spices, preserves. whisk together. Pour over pork. Cook for 8 hours.
