4 cups of yellow squash and zucchini chopped in chunks1 onion sliced6 cloves of garlic sliced1-2 large roma tomatoes chopped2 stalks of celery chopped1 cup of chopped carrots2 tablespoons of olive oil1 tablespoon of butter1 tablespoon of sugar
begin frying squash, carrots, and celery in the olive oil and butter. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. As the veggies soften, add onions and sugar. cook until the liquid is mostly cooked out and the veggies are sizziing and slightly browning.
