Taboule Wheat Salad

Ingredients
1 box Near East Taboule Mix1 cup tomatoes, chopped1 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp lime juice
Directions
In a large bowl, combien wheat and contents of spice sack from Near East Taboule mix. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator. Stir in tomatoes, lime juice and olive oil. Mix well. Cover and chill 1 hour or overnight. Toss well before serving on a bed of lettuce.

Makes 5 1/2-cup servings.
