Crockpot Chuck Roast with potatoes and carrots

2 - 2 1/2 pound chick roast2 cups chopped or baby carrots5-6 potatoes, cut into pieces1 can cream of mushroom soup1 package dry onion soup mix
Cut up vegetables, and place in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top of vegetables. Pour cream of mushroom soup over roast, then sprinkle dry soup mix over roast. Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
