My Quick & Easy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 5 oz. cans chicken all white meat (or if you have time and prefer fresh chicken...3 breasts cooked and shredded)1 1/2 cups celery, chopped1 2 oz. bag slivered almonds3 TBSP chopped onion (can use green onion)2 TBSP lemon juice3/4 cup light mayonnaise1/2 tsp. salt or 1 tsp. salt free substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on bread with lettuce and tomato or serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad.
