Ingredients
1 large egg1/4 Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Coconut Blend Milk1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract3 Slices Healthy Life 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread with Flaxseed
Directions
Wisk together the egg, almond/coconut milk, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon in a bowl wide enough to dip the bread into. Dip each of 3 slices of bread into the egg mixture and place onto a preheated nonstick griddle. Cook over medium heat until both sides are nicely browned (flipping halfway through cooking).
